The Secret Garden

Thirty years after its foundation, Cotto d'Este presents The Secret Garden, a setup that will transform the Piazza Castello showroom into a dreamlike and imaginary place, where ceramic sculptures and spectacular green walls will give access to new worlds, made of matter and architecture. A metaphor for the many design and creative opportunities and a space to rest and relax, thanks to volumes made of stoneware and thought for visitors.

The installation will focus on multiple aesthetic finishes as the best expression of ceramics interpreting natural surfaces and on ultra-thin slabs, the products that the brand was the first to launch on the market. Thanks to a 2/3 reduction in the standard thickness, these slabs consume less energy, raw materials and water, have a reduced impact on transport, and - above all - are the first 100% carbon-neutral ceramic surface.

Showcasing the brand’s ability to skilfully embody the best of Made in Italy, The Secret Garden celebrates 30 years of technological innovations that have evolved the ceramics sector at an international level.

Inside its showroom, Cotto d'Este will also promote the revolutionary and patented laying system, Kerlite Easy, with which you can dry lay the product, thus avoiding the creation of debris from the demolition of the previous floors, recover the slabs in the case of a move, and plan projects that take advantage of a circular economy
