SunRICE - The recipe for happiness
As part of the INTERNI CROSS VISION exhibition, the experimental installation designed by the CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati studio and the architect Italo Rota for Eni starts from a simple traditional element: rice.
An experiential journey in which from the plant, through the ingredient and its innovative use in the kitchen with the contribution of Chef Niko Romito, we get to see its waste become raw material for a new and radically sustainable architecture.
The project merges the spheres of food, energy, nature and architecture into a unicum.
