Solferino 28
Urban Mining : Design, Dismantle, Disseminate
Solferino 28 is once again the setting for an installation in the Brera Design District. The Architect Mario Cucinella, with his MCA studio, will sign "Urban Mining" which will be developed in the inner courtyard of the Corriere della Sera, offering an unprecedented vision of sustainability. As Cucinella himself explains, "Urban minig will describe the urban reality as a possible reserve for the future. Urban space is seen as "an ecosystem that, by deconstructing, transforms itself from its own material, as it happens in nature.
An idea of circularity applied to architecture in which the creative process becomes central". The social and cultural theme launched by this installation will be taken up by Corriere della Sera, Living and Abitare with some meetings in Sala Buzzati. In addition, there are guided tours of the Palazzo del Corriere della Sera.
