Manerba presents DOLMEN Back to Essence

DOLMEN Back to Essence Curated by Federica Biasi

Manerba Showroom Piazza San Simpliciano

Inside Manerba showroom of Piazza San Simpliciano in Brera, Manerba presents

'DOLMEN, Back to Essence', a temporary installation curated by Federica Biasi.

‘DOLMEN Back to Essence' is a primordial installation based on two key concepts: Colour and Material.

Manerba, Italian office design company, has distinguished itself over the last 10 years for its expertise in the choice of colours, materials and finishes, together with its focus on sustainability issues, which are always present and expressed through material proposals also in the installation.

Materials’ research is now extended and carried out by Federica Biasi, who has been in charge of the artistic direction of Manerba since 2019, designing new concepts and expanding the company's product collection.

The Colour project that we will see during Milan Design Week in the new Finishes Samples focuses on primordial, basic colours designed to merge with all the brand's evergreen materials.

The Dolmen installation is the primary creation of 'material sculptures', a tribute to the beauty of finishes.

To realize this, the designer will interpret the selection and combinations through the creation of monolithic blocks, which in an abstract way, with the help also of videos and graphics, will highlight a key principle: the correct selection of a material and a colour is fundamental in the choice of an environment and a piece of furniture.
