"Make the everyday sacred" - Lucia Eames rug Collection
An invitation to rediscover the sacred within everyday life.
nanimarquina presents ‘Make the everyday sacred’, an exhibition conceived as an experiential interpretation of the Lucia EamesTM rug Collection. The collection is the result of a long in the works project of the Eames Office and nanimarquina, a collaboration developed over the past years with the support of Form Portfolios and now ready to be presented to the world.
Inspired by Lucia Eames’ way of live of making the everyday special, the installation transforms the space located in Via Statuto 13 (Brera, Milan), into a contemplative textile landscape, where her iconic motifs such as butterflies, birds, and organic forms, are experienced spatially and sensorially.
More than a presentation, the exhibition invites visitors to engage with the rugs as living surfaces, highlighting the dialogue between Lucia’s artistic legacy and nanimarquina’s commitment to craft, material integrity, and emotional design.
