2026 “Perceiving China” - China Collegiate Design Competition & Exhibition

As one of the most influential events in the global design calendar, Milan Design Week serves as a central platform for design education, industry innovation, and cultural exchange.

From April 21 to 26, 2026, the “Perceiving China” Design Academic Week and the 9th CDCE China Exhibition will be presented at the Innovation Gallery of Milano LUISS Hub.

The exhibition represents a comprehensive showcase of contemporary Chinese design education. From nearly 300,000 works submitted by over 1,700 universities across China, about 200 outstanding design works have been selected, covering industrial design, sustainable design, AI-integrated design, cultural innovation, and more.

We warmly welcome faculty members and students from leading art and design institutions worldwide to visit the exhibition, engage in dialogue, and explore opportunities for future collaboration.
