Homo Faber Fellowship: Today’s Masters Meet Tomorrow’s Talents

A Homo Faber Fellowship exhibition presented by the Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship

The Michelangelo Foundation spotlights original objects designed and handcrafted by 23 duos – each comprising a master artisan and an emerging talent – who have participated in its signature education programme, Homo Faber Fellowship. Inspired by Art Deco, these unique decorative and functional objects showcase techniques including leather marquetry, puppetmaking, marble carving and willow weaving. Together, they demonstrate the power of collaboration and attest to the bright future of craft.
